We rent the properties, so we know exactly what is needed. Our in house interior designer has the flair, the knowledge and the buying power to ensure that you’re always paying best price and that the property will be presented the best that it can be within your budget.
Interior Design
A fee of €750 + expenses will allow you to have a one on one consultation with one of our interior designers who will discuss your likes, dislikes and requirements with you. They will ascertain your style and lifestyle and design a bespoke scheme that will suit both.
A mood board to include colours, papers, fabrics, window treatments, lighting and those all important accessories unique to you and your property will be compiled to give you a true understanding of the planned scheme. Should you decide to go ahead with the scheme, the €750 fee will be offset against the project.
